This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account for $500.00. A $20 late fee will be assessed for registrations not completed by midnight Sunday, February 18th.
Please Read: The following is a breakdown of what the registration fee includes.
1. Up front registration fee of $500.00. This includes league fees, tournament fees, and uniform cost. Upon completion of this registration your credit card will be charged $500.00.
2. Unfulfilled volunteer fee of $200.00. CYSA relies heavily on volunteers during the season for various needs. 6 hours of volunteer hours are required for all CYSA families. If volunteer hours are not completed you will be charged an additional $200.00 on August 31st, 2024. Families with multiple players are required to complete 9 volunteer hours in order to satisfy their required volunteer hours.
